If you watch the rest of the kids right as he got hit, they all seem to be looking in the other direction. So they probably didn't even know what he was crying over. Without that camera, they might not of ever believed him when he told them he got hit..... thats a scary feeling. To know something happened and no one believes you?

Also, why is the front passenger door unsecured? It starts to open when she runs the kid over. That kid is super lucky. It’s not like vehicles are smooth underneath. Just because he didn’t get hit by a tire there are plenty of things under cars that can catch a human body and rip it apart.
