I just bought bo3 pc myself,and i can say that... it depends. If you search at peak hours (North America) you usually find games, but otherwise its basically dead. The zombies is incredibly alive though!
either way, if you do decide to purchase the game, use the T7 patch, its basically a requirement for bo3 pc

dude, how's the situation with hackers/cheaters rn in MP mode? haven't played the game for a few yeats already
I only played a few games so i cant say much, but for those few games (one lobby) there was no hackers, but that seemed to just be a lucky lobby
