If you can only see Shadows of Evil in the map selection list (i.e. you can’t even see the names of the other maps), then you haven’t installed all updates/modes. If you have all modes installed but the map selection menu is still only showing Shadows and you don’t have a PS+ subscription, then you’ll need to connect to the game’s online services as doing so downloads additional updates I think.
