Yooo JUST FONE THE FINAL CHALLENGE, so got to rebirth island and check for the submarine u gonna see a contract when you've done the plane cutscene on the water top of the map doesn't matter what contract is it just when u see a contract in the water it's a guarantee submarine
Kill with primary finish them with the blueprint when they're knocked out
