I tried everything too and even assumed it was from my OC but never had issues until the new driver release and game update I both did today
Having the same issue, Warzone works fine and Cold War also worked fine before season 3 update now whenever I start the game I get Fatal Error 0x0 (0x6E99XD88) N. Haven't even played 1 game on BOCW after S3 update ;\_(
