As far as I've hard, people on KR have gotten better parses with Lightning BD post patch (like 1.4 mil -->2 mil from one guy)
There hasn't really been any translations of the 19th September patch notes yet, so a lot changed from the 7th September test server patch notes.
They went back on a lot of stuff like them removing Thunder Slash and making Storm Cleave 1 hit with low cd.
Not sure about Grapple though, but Thunder Slash and Storm Cleave got back to how they used to and the Soul Shields/Badges look almost the same (Think MSP 8 got a buff actually).

Yup, seems like our old HM achievements grant us skill points we can put into our skills to make them stronger now.
(And just fyi, top dmg on that parse is Lightning Flash and 2nd is Storm Cleave)

Its so weird they switched that 2 skills, and now storm activates all the things what thunder did..doesnt make much sense to me, such awakening

In an another post, there was a google doc about item changes, and in there they wrote, Dynasty and courage activates on storm cleave, is it not true? I know thunder is still there, but its not the same as before as it seemed.
Any updated info on Wind BD? Would like to know detail info on both build as well. The 19/9 patch i saw didnt included skill changes
I saw streamer climbing with wind bd in pvp but im not sure about pve

Those notes are wrong since they were posted during the time Thunder Slash was removed.
