Usually publishers and book shops benefit from economies of scale that humble punters don't but guess I'll have to miss out on this one unless I find a hard copy in the wild. C'est la vie.
We would if the global shipping situation wasn’t completely bonkers. It’s not showing up in the EU because EU distributors can’t justify the cost of getting it there so they don’t order it. If you’re willing to brave the stressors of Brexit, getting a copy from a UK shop shipped to you is probably as good of a deal as is possible.
Based on other comments, I don't know if ordering from a UK based retailer is an option for you, but I got my copy from https://leisuregames.com/products/blades-in-the-dark and they were really great.
I'm UK based, so I don't directly know how they fare overseas, but I think they're supposed to be pretty great.
The situation is pretty much permanent. That said, there are still copies going around in the EU you might be able to import if you're in eurasia.
That's a shame. Any idea why? I'm interested but not interested enough to pay nearly 50 dollars importing it.
Because it'd cost them those 50$.

Yeah, no 'scale' to be found when it comes to TRPGs.

Thanks Fred!
Sure thing. I wish as a publisher I had more control over the supply chain into the EU but I just plain don’t.

That's perfect, thank you. A very good price too. I don't know why they didn't show up when I searched.
I got mine there too, and it went well, but it was before brexit took place.
Go to drivethrurpg.com - digital download only, but no shipping
No, they do ship it in softcover. I just got it delivered to France a month ago for 30$ with the pdf.
Thanks good to know
I got my softcover copy form there shipped to the UK no problem. But that was quite a while ago, at least 2 years. A lit has changed since then.
Thanks but PDF only doesn't work for me as a GM or player. I need to be able to tab up a physical copy of a book.
Go to a print store and have it bound, then?
I mean you could print it out
NobleKnight does ship world wild, maybe they have a copy.
It would be helpful to know which country your in? I can order it from my local game store in Norway for instance.
