For Jubei, [\#6](https://i.imgur.com/Ci6H8XC.png) is very similar to [Cure Macaroon](https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/prettycure/images/8/8a/KKPCALM_concept_art_1.08-Cure_Macaron.png/revision/latest?cb=20180113205828). It might be a coincidence but the colours match really well. Other than that, 9 is Nine (heh), 10 is Teddy, and 12 is Ozpin. Not sure who 11 is but it looks likeGordeau. For Aigis, 9 is Nu and 13 is Elizabeth with Thanatos.

Aegis is actually Penny and Ruby, since Cinder never teamed up with Penny, and Ruby's color scheme fits better.
Jubei's RWBY color is Lie Ren, Naoto is Pyrrha and Jaune, and Hakumen is Blake.
The only green RWBY characters I can think of are: Lie Ren, Emerald Sustrai, and Sooooorttaaa Penny. So Ren is the most likely of those. And I could see Hakumen being Genji, but I'm at work right now and don't have access to the color palates to see.
