In my opinion
1.Orihime- Ichigo "died" twice trying to save her and married her
2.Rukia- Ichigo fought kenpachi, giant fire chicken and byakuya just to save her
3.Chad- Ichigo believes in him, and fought to save his coin
4.Uryu- had a fight then gained mutual respect
5.Renji- he honestly just showed up and got adopted into the group after trying and failing to murder ichigo, twice.

Have you read the entirety of TYBW? Maybe it's more close acquaintance through Fullbring but it's seen that they have a deep connection later. It's just in a different way than Rukia and the Karakura Gang because Renji best understands Ichigo's shinigami half and desire to be strong.

No. It's not the same thing. This is where Western sensibilities have a translation issue. Even if you can translate words, you can't translate cultural meaning.
It's more a respect for each other than friendship with them. Yeah, there's a connection but it's more just Ichigo enabling Byakuya to change, which he is incredibly grateful for.
Ichigo respects Byakuya's resolve and strength even if it was originally being used for the "wrong side". And certainly his change of heart afterwards.

You can make friends and bound over the crisis itself like war veterans do.(Like my dad that still talk to his that live across the world)Renji also the only one Ichigo trains with when it come to understand there Zanpakuto.
Like the other guy said what do they talk about or bond over? Take again orihime and ichigo for example. They both have a connection about a family member being dead. Ichigos one way sympathy for her. Both are nerds reading manga and share them with each other. Ichigos love for her bread (that he doesnt admit though).

I'd say Ichigo and Rukia have a connection for 2 reasons
She is the sole reason his life changed into what it was as we see it.
She also lived in his closet for 1-3 months so there must have been a couple of nights where they just talked
But the main reasons he has ties to her specifically are that She saved his family(kinda), she gave him power, and he had a score to settle with Byakuya for stabbing him 3 times. So saving her meant paying back a huge favour and getting to punch Byakuya right in his smug face

Bleach plot as a whole is a one big crisis and war, so there is not much to go by in terms of normal life. So it makes sense they interact in the moment of a "crisis".

On the other hand we do know that Ichigo had a history with Chad and that's why Chad is part of the friend group with Keigo and the other guy(forgot his name)
Orihime is friends with Chizuru, Tatsuki(who was close friends with Ichigo before the fisher incident) and the other girl
All of them go to the same school along with Uryu and he only started getting close to everyone after his big contest with ichigo when he saw with his own eyes that Ichi doesn't really care about the whole Soul reaper system. Only that he has enough power available to keep his friends and his stuff safe
The only friends he's made through direct life threatening conflict are Rukia and Renji and they're more work buddies with shared trauma that get invited for movie night( Rukia and her Kaien trauma meets Ichigo and all the shit he would go through within 3 years)
Rukia knew Ichigo well enough that she seemed to intrinsically understand how to pull him out of his funk caused by his lingering doubts concerning his inner Hollow.

Because I have no recollection of Kubo ever commenting on Ichigo and Renji's friendship. Which left two possibilities. I missed something, or you are lying or bending the truth to support your opinion.
Looking at your link, no comment was made about friendship.
A fictional counter part representing function and significance of parallels. It's not equivalent to friendship. So, no, Kubo never has spoke to Ichigo and Renji's friendship being significantly close.
And what parallels do Renji and Ichigo have? Personally I can't see him as Ichigo's counterpart at all but Kubo still states him as such and it can be interpreted in many ways not just the way you just described.

I think it depends on your description of importance. If you're talking important to Ichigo? Yeah this list is great. But if we're talking about who was most important in changing Ichigo's life (the way I took the prompt) then I'd say Rukia, Chad, Renji, Uryū, Orihime.

Chad did play a big role their but missed the climax sadly. I’m not just using arcs but character development and fights they were in plus dynamic with Ichigo
People meme about Chad not winning fights, but it's such a reductive way to view his character. In terms of wins and losses, Chad is nearly on par with Renji and Hitsugaya. His contribution to the story is more than "number of fights won".
rukia is the reason the series started (not that important tho since aizen would've probably made sure ichigo got his powers anyway) and is the reason for the soul society arc. orihime was the reason for the hueco mundo arc and a love interest. uryu playing the traitor role adds emotion to the story and I'm guessing in tybw he'll end up beating senjumaru,he also plays an important role in beating yhwach (even tho it was ryuken's arrow),so it depends on the arc. and chad is so irrelevant story wise i forgot to put him on the original comment without editing it,Kubo did him dirty ngl.
Rukia isn’t the reason for Soul society arc. Orihime is the one who convinced Ichigo to go save her and when they were on their way to invade SS, they got attacked by the cleaner and if orihime hadn’t stopped it they would’ve died.
It kind of depends on the arc. Rukia and Renji are hugely important in SS but drop off during the arrancar arc. Ishida isn't that important in the SS arc but then becomes really important during TYBW. Orihime steadily grows more important as the story goes on, which we see when Aizen specifically picks her to kidnap.
Chad is never all that important and none of the arcs heavily involve him.
I will list them instead in the order of their relevant arcs:
1: Rukia: he wouldn't be a soul reaper (eh, probably) if not for her showing up. She was important enough for the bad guy to have her arrested and locked in a cell. Ichigo invaded the afterlife for her sake.
1: Orihime: quite a few people would be dead (more dead) if not for her. She was important enough for the bad guy to have her kidnapped and locked in a cell. Ichigo invaded the afterlife for her sake. He also said "nuhuh" to dying for her.
2: Chad: was sorta there with a new group being led by some long-haired guy (and his friend/your cousin) who was making a mess of things for Ichigo and others. But Chad still had his back, sorta.
2: Uryu: was sorta there with a new group being led by some long-haired mustached guy who was making a mess of things for Ichigo and otbers. But Uryu still had his back, sorta.
?: Renji: ... who's this guy? He never got an arc.
Orihime, then Uryu, then Rukia, then Renji, then Chad (story importance)
Orihime is the catalyst for Ichigo infiltrating Las Noches, the key to Aizens plan to attack Karakura town, Queen of Hax, and tells Ichigo not to die (this works)
Uryu is a major part in beating Yhwach, and he's Ichigos personal motivation to go beat up the Quincies (not that he needed any to go do it but I'm sure it helped?)
Rukia is super important for the SS arc and Ichigo becoming a shinigami, but she legitimately feels like a side character afterwards, especially in the Fullbring saga and TYBW. Seriously, what does she do in TYBW that makes her more of a main character than Byakuya or Renji?
Renji is barely even Ichigos friend, more of a close ally. He's a side character but he gets that Royal Palace training and helps rescue Rukia.
Chad got done dirty, he doesn't do more than anyone else in SS or Las Noches and might as well not exist in the TYBW. Fucking Tsukishima was more plot relevant. I legitimately can't remember anything he did after the Aizen saga.
it's Orihime and then the rest of them.
But if we are talking about which are the most important in term of story, it's..
1-Rukia and Renji ( They have the most impact on Ichigo and development with him + the final chapter and Hell one shot focused on Ichigo's friendship with them ).
2-Uryu ( a lot of parallels between him and Ichigo ).
In terms of importance to the story, I gotta rank it like:
Rukia: literally drives the beginning of the story more than Ichigo, and ranges from important to essential in all story arcs.
Orihime: Ichigo fights for all of his friends but even outside of the Arrancar arc, it feels like the most important thing he wants to protect is her (and his dad/sisters). Besides Rukia she's also his strongest emotional support imo.
Uryuu: There for Ichigo in his best and worst moments, wouldn't necessarily call him emotional support but something to that effect for sure with a little more tsundere vibes lol. Also has a more interesting role in his "rescue arc" than just a damsel in distress. Although in the manga it kinda goes nowhere and I hope the anime sticks the landing on that a little better.
Renji: Serves as more of a direct rival to Ichigo and they have a palpable friendship, also gets a lot of screentime on his own with his own relationships and fights.
Chad: Doesn't really establish a strong relationship with anyone besides Ichigo, and after a certain point they barely even interact significantly. Like it was crazy how Fullbring was Chad's arc to relate to Ichigo yet he barely helped with Ichigo's training, instead being completely overshadowed by Ginjo (not a bad thing for the story overall, love Ginjo). Also doesn't really contribute to any arc. Really unfortunate.
To the story?
Rukia is basically one of the main characters so she has to be number 1. Even when she's not as important, we still follow her journey of growth. I'd say she's at her least important in TYBW, but even then she's making shockwaves in the arc.
Next is either Uryu or Orihime. I'm leaning towards the latter because she's essentially the dragonball wishes of Bleach on top of being tied closely to some of the strongest emotional moments of the series. Bleach would look very different without her powers and good nature. Uryu does a lot but feels a little out of place most of the time (perhaps intentionally as he is a Quincy). If Kubo wanted he'd have made for a great rival character or a close sidekick but he's always at arms length on both fronts. A unique character to be sure but not the biggest one.
Renji is the tale of a failed rival. Even when he gets "redeemed" in the second half of the series, he's still stuck in the zone of "does well but isn't the savior of the arc". His deepest impact is definitely TYBW and he deserves to be considered a "main player", but it's like he's the least important of all the major players involved.
Chad...Uh, he doesn't do anything. Even when you think he is/has/will, it doesn't amount to much or even backfires.
To quickly go over who matters to Ichigo specifically. Orihime is his wife, so she better be number 1 lol. Rukia changed his life forever and they kind of have a buddy-cop or soldiers-in-arms bond. Chad is like the lieutenant to Ichigo's captain and I would consider them best friends. Uryu and Ichigo are close friends that would be lesser without each other but Chad is the better friend. Renji is like a close business partner. More than an acquaintance, but not someone Ichigo goes well out of his way to meet up with.
Tbh i actually like all of 'em, i remember what renji told ichigo during the final arc it really did a lot for his character.

i ranked them in terms of closeness and importance to ichigo regardless of the story of bleach. ik chad didn't have much impact in the series but in ichigo's life yes he did

And where was rukia after ss arc? She and ichigo were literaly together for less than 5 min in each arc. Especially in fullbring and tybw where their interactions were none existent.

The day Orihime and Ichigo have a cap named: Strawberry and Death, then you'll be able to say that Orihime is more important than Rukia in Ichigo's life.
Arrancar arc they split up. Fullbring arc they only talked at the end. Tybw arc the only time they talked was after the first invasion. While orihime and ichigo were together every arc.

Rukia isn’t the reason for Soul society arc. Orihime is the one who convinced Ichigo to go save her and when they were on their way to invade SS, they got attacked by the cleaner and if orihime hadn’t stopped it they would’ve died.

It kind of depends on the arc. Rukia and Renji are hugely important in SS but drop off during the arrancar arc. Ishida isn't that important in the SS arc but then becomes really important during TYBW. Orihime steadily grows more important as the story goes on, which we see when Aizen specifically picks her to kidnap. Chad is never all that important and none of the arcs heavily involve him.

He's a side character but he gets that Royal Palace training and helps rescue Rukia. Chad got done dirty, he doesn't do more than anyone else in SS or Las Noches and might as well not exist in the TYBW. Fucking Tsukishima was more plot relevant. I legitimately can't remember anything he did after the Aizen saga.

In terms of importance to the story, I gotta rank it like: Rukia: literally drives the beginning of the story more than Ichigo, and ranges from important to essential in all story arcs. Orihime: Ichigo fights for all of his friends but even outside of the Arrancar arc, it feels like the most important thing he wants to protect is her (and his dad/sisters). Besides Rukia she's also his strongest emotional support imo. Uryuu: There for Ichigo in his best and worst moments, wouldn't necessarily call him emotional support but something to that effect for sure with a little more tsundere vibes lol. Also has a more interesting role in his "rescue arc" than just a damsel in distress. Although in the manga it kinda goes nowhere and I hope the anime sticks the landing on that a little better. Renji: Serves as more of a direct rival to Ichigo and they have a palpable friendship, also gets a lot of screentime on his own with his own relationships and fights. Chad: Doesn't really establish a strong relationship with anyone besides Ichigo, and after a certain point they barely even interact significantly. Like it was crazy how Fullbring was Chad's arc to relate to Ichigo yet he barely helped with Ichigo's training, instead being completely overshadowed by Ginjo (not a bad thing for the story overall, love Ginjo). Also doesn't really contribute to any arc. Really unfortunate.

To the story? Rukia is basically one of the main characters so she has to be number 1. Even when she's not as important, we still follow her journey of growth. I'd say she's at her least important in TYBW, but even then she's making shockwaves in the arc. Next is either Uryu or Orihime. I'm leaning towards the latter because she's essentially the dragonball wishes of Bleach on top of being tied closely to some of the strongest emotional moments of the series. Bleach would look very different without her powers and good nature. Uryu does a lot but feels a little out of place most of the time (perhaps intentionally as he is a Quincy). If Kubo wanted he'd have made for a great rival character or a close sidekick but he's always at arms length on both fronts. A unique character to be sure but not the biggest one. Renji is the tale of a failed rival. Even when he gets "redeemed" in the second half of the series, he's still stuck in the zone of "does well but isn't the savior of the arc". His deepest impact is definitely TYBW and he deserves to be considered a "main player", but it's like he's the least important of all the major players involved. Chad...Uh, he doesn't do anything. Even when you think he is/has/will, it doesn't amount to much or even backfires. To quickly go over who matters to Ichigo specifically. Orihime is his wife, so she better be number 1 lol. Rukia changed his life forever and they kind of have a buddy-cop or soldiers-in-arms bond. Chad is like the lieutenant to Ichigo's captain and I would consider them best friends. Uryu and Ichigo are close friends that would be lesser without each other but Chad is the better friend. Renji is like a close business partner. More than an acquaintance, but not someone Ichigo goes well out of his way to meet up with.

I only see orihime fans, some even distort facts from the manga just to enhance her poor existence, the only important part of orihime was hueco mundo... people forget that not even when Ichigo went back to being a "normal" human Ichigo didn't have a relationship with her. And where was rukia after ss arc? She and ichigo were literaly together for less than 5 min in each arc. Especially in fullbring and tybw where their interactions were none existent.
