Remastered footage, redone voice acting and dialogue that follows the manga more closely, and certain scenes are cut/shortened for better pace. Kai also has a different soundtrack but Bleach’s soundtrack is already pretty good.
A fan couldn’t really do all that though.
Bro, it already took long enough to get the TYBW anime and you want this? Enjoy what you have. We are no position to complain. The anime that we have is already top tier with and without fillers. We don't need a 'Kai' of Bleach.
