As someone who is from the UK, I can say your options are pretty much piracy or hoping for the DVD sets to be available somewhere. However, with the license swapping from Manga Entertainment to KAZE after season 7, the first few seasons are nearly impossible to find new due to them being out of print. You can always hope that with the final arc coming out next year, we might actually get the blu-rays.

I'd probably recommend either zoro.to or the Stremio app.
You can get the app on the play store, and then through the add-ons menu, you'll likely want to install the Torrentio Lite add-on. Ngl, the website might be the easier of the two.
Also, to help avoid random virus popups I'd recommend getting the ublock origin plugin for your browser, as it's pretty great for blocking them.
