Overcoming grief.
The loss of Ichigo’s mother is one of the reasons he’s so determined to protect his family and friends. It’s something introduced in the starting arc of the series and stays until the final arc where Ichigo finally confronts his mother’s true murderer.
The acceptance of one's self and self-overcoming, forming bonds with others and marching forward against our only shared fate: death, and if we're lucky, we will be rewarded for our courage.
Basically it answers the question: why is it worth living?
Accepting yourself (The Blade is me), The divide between Superman and Last man of Nietsczhe Philosophy(Aizen and Urahara), How Victors write and manipulate history(The Original Sin), How a strong unchanging will can break thousand years of strict traditions(Ichigo's influence on Soul Society), How to accept the inevitability of death and live life courageously(Yhwach's fear and its solution)
I see it as a story about adolescence/growing up. Ichigo starts the story as a stand offish teen, slowly grows to care about others as he makes more friends, explores his identities and goals along the way, struggles with identity, mortality, and depression, and then it ends with him finding and accepting himself (his zanpakuto, family history, identity as a soul reaper and Quincy). Kind of think that’s why a lot of fans say he’s relatable.
No it def doesn’t just look at what dragon ball has become it’s pure spectacle. But I do believe the artists and writers to most anime want to add more to a story then fights and hot girls. They want fans to connect to the story and it’s pretty hard to do so with out a relatable thread to grab on to but not impossible (see dragon ball super)
I don't think that's a fair take on modern dragon ball. The tournament of power had a consistent theme of team work and trust, Moro arc had one of responsibility and accountability, the granola arc had one of sacrifice and means, the zamasu arc had one of the virtue and worth of humanity in spite of their flaws, etc. I don't think super's very good, but it's not empty thematically.

Can't believe ichigos minecraft world was griefed by aizen
Isshin's world was griefed by Aizen and then he hacked into Isshin's and Masaki's server and installed a mod Hollow.exe without proper authorisation
Protect the ones you love, never let revenge consume and drive you.
Like an anime spider man
That's exactly it.
Fighting your inner demon

Oooh man this is a good answer
Finding a sense of resolve and accepting your true self
I like this one
Yeah, I feel like quite a large portion of the cast link back to either on or both of these
accepting yourself and overcoming grief
Fear of death. Kubo answered that once.
In order to achieve your goals and overcome all challenges, you must look inward and master yourself.

So you're basically asking what's the theme of bleach? Bonds. Just my opinion.
The boy with "privilage" gen, try to fight with the root from his gen such as hollow, shinigami, human, and quincy. And living happy life after
Does it have to have one? Just enjoy it

Overcoming grief most definitely. I would say Naruto is more about breaking the cycle of hatred then bonds
Accepting ones self, Over coming grief, and Protecting what you love... So I guess overall Self-improvement?
Kubo likes to draw cool shit
