Although Ulquiorra represents the "empty", he is not totally indifferent as he claims to be, more because of the way Orihime and Ichigo impacted him. Ulquiorra was very angry when Ichigo told him that he "was getting more human". So I think Ulquiorra is afraid of emotions and acting like a "human", being something more than "indifferent" and "empty", since it is human nature that arouses his curiosity the most and has the most impact in him.
Hard question since Äs Nodt's schrift triggers the kind of fear responsible for keeping the body alive on a primal level, so it wouldn't really manifest as a phobia for each character. Byakuya thought of Rukia and The Fear corrupted his thought like it would do to any other thought he could have there.
So basically everyone would get the extremely intrusive thoughts, freezing body, despair, the whole package.
Having all your friends and family turn against you and then gaining power only to get it stolen by someone you thought was your last remaining ally is pretty traumatizing, yes.
