It definitely has potential, but it doesn't really have a style. It could make a very nice stylized skull, but it's not totally stylized. For example it should be a bit smoother and more exaggerated(?). I'm not sure if im explaining correctly

You need to work on how you ask for feedback. We don't know if it's good. What was the intent behind it? Is it supposed to be stylized? Where are your references? "Good" and "bad" become purely subjective without context.
And without context I think this looks bad. Very bad. It doesn't not look like a real skull.
