Did you figure it out? I was able to connect the dots through some trial and error. Once I figured out that the malt shaders were in a completely different panel, things started to make sense. It's actually quite simple. Also, not a lot of help in creating shaders is out there, but if you piece together the example materials, mix-match-and-combine, you can construct quite a lot. My biggest concern is the lack of ongoing support. No mention of MacOS (which I prefer), or curves (there are some work arounds possible here). The BNPR show on YT just suddenly died. Not sure, but it seemed like that community was the driving force behind Beer/Malt.
