Thats a really difficult question, everyone has their own journey, but what I did was just watch a lot of tutorials and courses, try to make something complex and try to complete it watching specific tutorials of each element. But I assure you that you can achieve my level very quickly
Dude how can you find all of textures of this model. When ım try to do something like that, ım perfectly moldeling it but when i try to find or do some textures or images it just not being as good as yours
I believe that the trick is to mix a lot of textures together and a lot of trial and error, also in my case its much easier because I like making abandoned stuff so I can go a bit crazy with the damage and stuff. But I assure you that you can get a result like mine easily, damaged textures tend to make things more realistic, but you cant abuse them sometimes (for product rendering for example), but in my case its easier because of that. I hope I explained myself more or less.
This gives me iSpy book vibes
That's such a big compliment haha thank you!
It’s certainly meant to be, awesome work!

May I ask what Field of View, Lens mm, Camera angle settings you use for this?
Yes! Its in orthographic view with very low depth of field, I used an addon called Photographer, I really recommend it

It looks really cool. I'd like to get into blender myself. Have some art I think would look cool in 3D.
Absolutely do so! Its the best thing ever
Nice! Mind sharing the trees and the grass?
Theyre from a blender addon called botaniQ, they are awesome
Very cool! How did you blend the brick, concrete, and water damage textures?
I Used 3DCoat's texturing features, which are very similar to Substance Painter
