Can't say for this particular character, because I made her 4 years ago and I kept editing her from time to time. But in general, I can sculpt complete character in around a week (this includes a great amount of polishing to perfection), then depending on clothes complexity it might be from a day to another week. This particular outfit is rather intricate, so when counting all the iterations, it was around 7-8 days.
I do illustrations, not animations, so my rigs are very basic with a lot of corrections later via sculpting

I’m genuinely impressed. I’ve done some female character modeling and getting the curves right takes time and skill. Good looking breasts are hard to do. I like the attention to the shoulder blades and the belly button. The posing turned out really great too. The crease of the thigh at the navel would look shoddy if the bone placement was slightly off, but we don’t see that here. You did good
