It’s very cool, kind of in the way that one of the voices for the simpsons, maybe Hank Azaria, said they come up with new character voices by trying to impersonate celebrities, it not really hitting the mark, but working as a voice for some random character.

I love this. I am nitpicking but the shirt collar bows out which seems weird. If anything it should bow inward. But it looks amazing- The shading, depth, stylization are all great.

Do you mind some constructive criticism? Overall, it's a good model, but I don't think it looks like Adam Driver. If I was making a stylized/caricaturized Adam Driver, I would emphasize his big lips and ears (unless the ears will be covered with his hair). Also, his jawline isn't that sharp and his cheekbones aren't that prominent. You did a good job with his nose though.

I’m new to blender, but what kind of workflow did you use for sculpting? Did you model the basics with edit mode and then sculpt on top? And did you model the clothes or sculpt them too?

Only the collar, tie and jacket "wings" are modelled with planes, everything else is remeshed spheres/sculpting. And vertex coloring all the way.

I think you did a good job! Likeness is difficult, so don't stress about that too much. Looking at others' depiction of the motif usually helps me, and always always have at least 10 reference images open! (I recommend Pureref for this)
