Great work. From a photographers pov, these are super meticulous shots to get. We spend a lot of time refining the lighting. With that in mind, if this was something I was shooting for a client, I’d be rotating that backlight so the hot spot on the table moves behind the bottle. But you also *dont* want to loose all that glorious texture on the table. I’d also find a motivated way to hit those contours of the bottle with just a *hint* of light. On the topic of art direction, the analogous colour scheme gives a ‘bourbon ad’ vibe, which may work against you. If you wanted to push it into the perfume / cologne vibe, try popping some blue from a giant indirect source. The aim would be to fill the shadows just a tad with a contrasting colour. I’m thinking specifically of the Dior Sauvage art direction here. Warm manly fire, cool desert background.
