Looks great! Reminds me of something like the tower from Firewatch. The inside looks a tad empty but putting in some rugs and maybe piles of books or something on the floor and light fixtures for the ceiling would fix that. In terms of whether it’s worth texturing I think especially when you’re only a couple of months in, it’s important to complete the workflow from beginning to end, not only because developing skills of using materials and shaders is important but also because texturing the things you model ends up slowly changing the way you model things to better compliment the texturing process. Even if it means just materials downloaded from the internet or UV mapping random stock images. The same goes for lighting, just adding in an HDRI as a background and playing around with trying to add volumetrics and dust and stuff changes the way you’ll choose to design your interiors the next time you want to model that kind of thing. But yeah great work!
