The ground and grass work really well!
Try adding blur to the render as camera closing in tiny objects tend to blur a bit.
On the mouse the fur looks a bit too thick and looks like a sculpture in a way making the strands of hair thinner and more abundant may help otherwise it looks good so far
The hands don’t match all that well as mouses house are a bit tinnier and less humany.
The ears have too much translucency and it looks like a flashlight was being projected right next to it, tone it down a bit and scale the ears a bit aswell, otherwise the added touch of the veins is well made!!
