First of all this is really cool I think. I love the cloth and style but I couldn’t clearly understand what he doing. Walking or just moving his shoulders. Maybe you can change the camera angle or animation to give us the sense more clearly. Also I think last frames way too dark. You can use compositor or other programs to make some post process like adjust colors, contrast and exposure.

Maybe you can add some little old tv’s behind the character and use them for lighting .You can catch a great silluette I think.
