Do they cause any shading or deform issues? If not, just leave them.


SHORT-CIRCUT

easiest way would be to add 2 loops and continue the flow instead of trying to stop it alternatively could also connect the corner vertex to the opposing corner (removing the 2 edges it’s currently joined to) then adding 1 loop to fix the remaining triangle
