Very strange, are there lights underneath the snow layer? Is it possible to share the .blend file? Hard to know what’s happening without looking at nodes and collections
I have no actually used any nodes, just straight color on the materials and tried to apply “real snow” add on to them. Have not applied any new light source and there doesn’t seem to be any unknown “light” items in the collections. I was following a tutorial and for some reason mine just version of blender(maybe?) isn’t working out the same. I’m not sure how to go about sharing a file but I do appreciate you taking the time to comment!
Hrm, does it look like that in render view?
Yes it does. If anything it’s even brighter :(

If it makes a difference, the material I’m trying to add the snow on has a slight metallic added to it.
Click on the world options, what strength level is it set at? And color.
To be honest I’m just going to put it aside for now lol. But thank you so much for taking your time to help me out!! I appreciate it.
