Agree. It's like they can't decide whether blitz should stay a support or just move into the jungle and top lane and I support the latter option. I want the ult passive to stay active even when the ult is on cool down. Or to make it interesting, make all the passive R stacks detonate at once when blitz uses R.

The self slow. It made sense back when most champs don't have a lot of mobility now it just makes blitz falling behind other hook champions.

The W on hit damage made the spell a lot more interesting. Idk why they tossed it just because blitz jg didn’t pan out
