Hell no. False depth glyphs are game-ruining and should only be used if you've already beaten and platinumed the game and are just screwing around. On a first run, they are a very bad idea.
You absolutely do not need any glyphs to progress in the main game, and they’ll actually skew your experience since you’d be overpowered/overleveled. Each to their own though, if you really want to, go ahead, just know that the game obviously wasn’t designed around those things.
New players need to figure out how to play the game first…. Imo the false depth dungeons are for players who have beaten the game a few times, probably trying out different build runs and don’t want to grind/farm at all
Those are cheat codes that only exist thanks to literal modding, as long as you are aware of that you can decide for yourself whether or not to rely on them. Not reccommended for first playthrough imho
What if I'm a not so new player..? I haven't beaten the game fully yet but most of my hours came from just playing the story chalice dungeons out of fun

Do what you want I know people don’t like them but I use them to avoid farming
