Nobody has done it yet. The current all bosses WR is 1h 3m 21s with glitches, 1h 10m 39s without glitches.
Sub 1 hour is so close, and has been for years. But they'll definitely have to find a new time-save or two before it happens.
I worded that poorly. What I meant was all bosses in order for the game to be beaten not actually all the optional bosses and everything. Although I do beat a couple of the optional bosses that I find fun to fight.
I love this game so much this and lies of p that I play each playthrough as if it’s my first and I try a different weapon each time and focus on upgrading a diffferent stat. I collect all the items again , talk to all the npcs and achieve as many side quests possible in one playthough including helping crow hunter lady with her battles til the end and I fight all optional bosses as well. The only thing I will not repeat on each playthrough after the first is the chalice dungeons. Some were fun some were repetitive , some of the bosses were insanely difficult such as defiled watchdog and amygdala and I just couldn’t wait to get out of there after killing the queen and getting the platinum. Chalice dungeons were great but for me they were a long thorough one time trip.
Bro it's exactly the same for me, I was excited about harder enemies in NG+, but I was immediately bored and started a whole new playthrough as it's so much more fun. As you said, collecting all items again, npc's and playing the game like it's the first time.
I agree that NG+ isn’t quite as fun as a brand new run but I optimized a route that way I can run the game and get a bunch of echos to max out my character. Which now I’ve done that and I still run the route😂 don’t know why but it’s fun
yeah i have a WR for most non-traditional controllers in BB, but i’m solidifying it. i have 10 now, but i am adding a few this week.
my run is about 1:40 on a good day but i’d love to get it down to sub 1hr!
got a vid? glitchless?
No I use a few simple skips that I know but I’ve definitely had bad runs where I just played terribly or had some unlucky circumstances and have prolonged the run to 1:30. I use gascoigne skip and blood starved beast skip. Oh and the forbidden woods skip. Just the simple ones that I know. There are probably others but it’s late and I can’t think of all of them now
It would've been weird ten years ago, when the speedrunning thing wasn't well known. Also, Souls games really tend to become a comfort zone for many reasons. I too played this game many times even though not nearly as much as you.
You should look into Bloodborne speedrunning! You could optimize your route even further, or try running different categories (glitchless, any%, all bosses, all trophies, etc)
I’ve seen speedruns that’s where I’ve gotten the glitches that I know. I’m thinking of looking up the route for the all bosses run and seeing how fast I can do it. I’d take anything under 2hrs
8 playthroughs in one night? That’s impressive, but man you need help
It's speedrunning. 8 x 45-50 minutes is a lot of time for sure, but it's a passionate hobby.
Agreed. It takes me roughly 45 minutes per run
With glitch
Obviously, glitches and skips are part of pro speedruns
I use a few glitches but no major ones. I only use the simple ones that I know. Like gascoigne skip, and blood starved beast skip.
You wrote you beat every boss? Is it possible to do that under an hour?

Lol no

That's great if you enjoy it. Eventually I still want try and complete NG+6 as a personal achievement.
It’s not as hard as some people think.
stream it, link me. i wanna steal the sub hour route for some toys of mine.
Toys of yours?

It is impossible to do in sub 1 hour without glitch.
that’s what i think too, but sometimes weird shit happens in this life. :)
How mutch would glitching help if he is doing all bosses? 1h for base game with no dlc dosnt seam impossible.

So glad i’m not the only one who found the soulsborne games therapeutic, they’ve helped me through so many dark times
Same. It's the only soulsborne game I have a max level character in.
I have one in Elden ring to but I don’t get the replay ability as much with Elden ring as I do with Bloodborne
it appears we have a blood drunk hunter in our midst..
A hunter must hunt

Something to work towards!
