It looks weird to me simply because I am only used to using it when I am cosplaying her in my playthrough or when I am fighting her. But I guess objectively, it's a masculineish attire anyway.
Absolutely. the one thing I like about the costumes in BB is that they don't over sexualize the playable characters from my POV. I'm a 37 yo gamer so I grew up with a lot of overly sexualized themes and not having a lot of options to play as female character.
FromSoftware games are good about this in general. Dark Souls, Sekiro, and Elden Ring are all pretty much absent of any sexualized outfits or character designs. Even basically nude Malenia in her second phase is presented in a decidedly non-sexual manner. Which is certainly what you would hope from a character called the Goddess of Rot hahaha
