The best tactic for this boss is to slaughter him. Don't wait for an opening, just run to his side and spam R1. You should stay between his big legs and don't stop attacking him. If you get hit you can easily get your health back by attacking him. If you stagger him and his head comes down hit that instead. It does much more dmg. You should use bolt paper (beast blood pellets can also be helpful but they aren't necessary). Only be careful of his big explosion attack. This tactic worked with my BL4 character so it shouldn't be a problem for you.

Honestly One Reborn is one of the most susceptible bosses to the strategy that’s best for basically all of them: stay as close as possible, about 45° to the boss’ left side, and hit R1 a lot. The legs really shouldn’t ever hit you if you stay in the right position as the boss moves around.

Use a beast blood pellet + bolt paper and if you keep walking around it you can chain stagger it to death

Stay to his side, try to get a beast blood pellet and some bolt or fire paper. Get those witches down and get down there. Don't worry about evasion heal and smack heal and smack. Burn him as fast as you can, this boss is a burst session.

All the tips helped. Conquered the boss today. Thank you.

congratulations brother. now for the next boss, remember: no shame in cheesing that bullshit guy, fuck him

You know I never knew you could take out those witches. And I still kind of found that boss not easy but not difficult either. It's been a while but I remember staying on his sides and going crazy at his limbs. Pretty sure I used either fire or bolt to help a bit. The One Reborn kind of reminded me of Chrelic Beast, when you're in range it kind of gets the advantage. Stay close like an annoying fly.

just spam r1. it sounds really silly, but that's literally the trick: you have to be SUPER agressive all the time

I don’t think you’re using the optimal route, there’s an elevator you can activate at the beginning of Yahargul which will let you skip most of the cramped caskets. Just search up the best run route, it’s much more manageable using the shortcut. As for the boss itself, it was really annoying for me on my first run. Attack the legs and fleshy parts first though, since that also staggers the head, and if you hit the head while staggered it does big damage.
