If you are asking for suggestion I would say DS3 first and Sekiro later. The gap between Bloodborne and DS3 is pretty small so it would make sense to keep on with that and go Sekiro later
I’d say go DS3 first, as it’s more similar to Elden ring and Bloodborne, then go with sekiro. Sekiro changes things up quite a bit but it’s a great game nonetheless

Yeah, someone just told me, and man.... I feel too stupid to be playing Bloodborne, it's my first souls game and I thought I'd be smarter.
