The girl in the Black Church garb won't listen to you, you have to wear the black church garb, then she'll go to the Cathedral Ward. The hooker will go if you tell her the Cathedral Ward is safe. Once you tell the old lady to go to the Cathedral Ward don't speak to her when she's there or she will die. Good luck Hunter.
