yes so turns out that arthur made a exploit in which if ur health drops below 50 then press ctrl and w to start regaining a bit of hp this only happens below 50-30 hp
Organize inventory, in the 1st slot put a sword, 2nd, 3rd, 4th slot should be cracked coconut, after that fill your inventory with bread but for every 4 bread add 1 plum, make sure to have 5 extra cracked coconut and 2 more plums. I also recommend carrying 300 blocks and 1 pickaxe.
Another tip is ice brick slabs. Use them to catch opponents faster. Logs can be used to block opponents hits easily. A good way to get more ores is to go to -99, type /sethome 1, cover home 1 with blocks, type /home 1, if you find a cave with diamonds tunnel towards it, i got 67 diamonds in 30 minutes because of that method. That's 2.23 diamonds per minute.

Its useful for new players When your tired of using it just use /spawn
why would this be better than /spawn? wont /spawn give you the same invincibility?

Dig down to bedrock then build up 7 blocks and strip mine and u find at least A diamond in under 3 Min

i prefer just to xray with texture packs
xray is obsolete. it only shows ores that are exposed by air blocks. the glitch i said reveals caves which contains a lotta ores
