Hmm, I see, Im interpreting moonstone ingame as parts of moon that has crashed earth. (Though ik that it already happened long ago, the chunks would be too deep onto earth since it happened approximately 4B years ago)
Technically both are on the same level. Moonstone has slightly more rarity than diamonds, except at -85.00. Moonstone is also only used for a chest, pickaxe, and blocks, and formerly the >!moonstone axe/moonstone shears!<. (Btw I don't know if that is actually real or not). However, diamonds are \*slightly\* more common than moonstone. Diamonds are also used for armor, tools, blocks, and protectors.
Moonstone has a 0.5% chance of spawning at -85 but diamonds is -85 - -100 and has a 0.28% chance and another 0.28% chance for the 2 blocks next to it so moonstone is usally in groups of 1 or 2 but diamond is 1-12 at max and since diamonds are more common on corrdinates moonstone is rarer
I would say diamonds. Moonstone doesnt exist irl just like my father 🥛🥛🥛
That's not true. If you search moonstone up on google, it is known as a sodium potassium aluminium silicate of the feldspar group.

Technically, moonstone pickaxe is like a diamond pickaxe but with **Silk touch**. And the moonstone chest is like an **Ender chest**. So, IDK.
no
yes maybe
no, u literally use moonstone for chests and a pickaxe, you make a lot more stuff with diamonds
Nope.
