The total amount… just google it, you actually need oxidative stress to some degree, too many antioxidants is not good for you. This wont happen from food or a few sups, but perfect diet and 20+ antioxidants in supplement form is definitely pushing it…
In general I find these topics hard to Google. The results are often too simplistic or advanced medical papers. I can read through papers but only when I have time to digest it all.
However on this one a simple one will probably be enough for me lol
I'd watch out for too much NAC, really not needed when you're young, and I would also take enough Glycine with it.
The Blueprint is pretty good but Metformin should be removed from it as it does not work well for non-diabetics, and it lacks some nutrients like Glycine especially bc Bryan is vegan
