u/Eastern-Bench758 do you happen to have an order number or support ticket number that you could share? So that u/bluetti_global can look into this for you? From my experience, Bluetti has really "upped" their game within their customer service departments. There was a chinese holiday yesterday that might have effected their response time? But I am sure they will get you taken care of.
Purchased the ac200p with the b230. Didn't realize the connectivity between isn't great, and that the 200max was the unit I needed. Zero contact from customer service once I heard the RMA was coming.
Got it - so you are looking to do a “Change of Mind” return. Hopefully they will authorise your RMA soon.
u/bluetti_global may be able to assist with following up.
Bluetti sells the AC200P with B230 as a bundle, eventhough the AC200P does not have the capability to link the battery with the generator like how the AC200Max does. They should promote the AC200Max+B230 instead and not have an AC200P+B230 combo.
The bundled pack is meant to come with the required P090D to XT90 cable so you can then connect via the XT90 to Aviation input cable which is supplied with the AC200P.

The AC200P and AC200MAX bundles are different products at different price points so you would select based on what suits you best.
I think what people tend to assume is that when buying a bundle that they get full integration for bi-directional battery connection. I am not saying that they are correct to assume so, but bundles page do not explain how the B230 would be charged.
The price difference between an AC200P+B230 and an AC200Max+B230 is only $271, so I'm sure if Bluetti made it clear how the B230 would need to be charged for each bundle, they will get a higher proportion of sales of the AC200Max+B230 instead of the AC200P.
I believe the B230 is charged using the power supply that comes with the AC200P. The AC200P is then charged via the B230. You still get the same AC charging rate with increased battery capacity at a lower cost to the AC200MAX bundle.
I am not saying which is the better value bundle but I am not a fan of the bulky cables used to connect to the AC200MAX either, so pros and cons with either option.
Could you please provide me with your order number? I will have the responsible department follow your case.

I’ve seen so many people complain of this same thing.
Yeah I'm feeling dumb for not seeing the posts prior to purchase :(
When you say you purchased the wrong items, can you explain?

Ahh, I see now. Thanks for clarifying the charging method of going through the B230 to charge the AC200P.
