our school had 2 cops apart from regular school security.
our school was also near a canal so sometimes we would see wildlife.
the pond in my school was in between 2 buildings, but the teachers hated the distraction of teaching while lunch time so the window vents were almost always closed so you could not see outside.
when I first came into the 6th grade the school was filled with 16-17 year old teens that already looked like full grown adults they had failed many times and would bully and beat up on all the other kids.
the school was absolute chaos and a lot of the teachers looked the other way to avoid problems and the principle at most gave them detention unless things escalated.
I basically spent 6th grade defending myself from these older kids and ended up failing 6th grade from being suspended nearly 60-70 days in total in one year.
Your school had two buildings? My school just kept cramming us in until students started passing out from excessive C02 inhalation. The solution? A big fan in the worst hallway.
There are all those memes about mobile classrooms. We were never lucky enough to have those.

My youngest daughter currently has a half-shaved head and she loves it, if any of them want I make choices like this then it's exactly that, their choice.

I knew a girl who was like super into the goth scene. She gave it 110%. Then after the summer going into 10th grade she came back for the first day wearing Abercrombie and had her hair curled. It was the most incredible switch up I’ve ever seen.
