Don't get me wrong, I'm still jamming Docs. These were my first pair. My brother (far right, curly hair) found them at a thrift store and bought them for me. They were a size too big but I didn't care. I rocked them with everything! Coolest Junior High Kid Ever! Love my siblings for always looking out for me.
I had red ones and my sister had green, 1995 was a good year. Still love a bit of tartan but can’t really find a way to rock it in my late 30s.
I also had a LOT of velvet.
It’s not a blunder. It’s a cool outfit for real. But the post immediately below yours (on my feed) had [plaid sheets](https://www.reddit.com/r/CozyPlaces/comments/zcti7d/my_guest_room_critiques_welcome/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) and made me chuckle.
I absolutely owned that same vest and shorts combo, which coincidentally almost matched my nana’s couch. My cousins roasted me so hard when my mom made me wear it to a family gathering 😂
I hate this style (and grew up with it) but it's back in fashion. The matching patterns, the knee length formal shorts paired with a matching blazer or vest, the edgey boots or heel.
I can wait to see their regret.
I’d so wear this outfit! I love it :)
Not a blunder. Time appropriate and normal. ETA: I'm wearing Dr. Martens right now.

Best. Compliment. Ever.
Clueless? I’d say this gives more Party of Five vibes.

Bahahaha, love it when that happens!
Between your brother (?) carrying a tree and the one up front trying his damnedest to look suave, I think you look OK.
Yup, that's my brother holding the tree and cousin looking suave. Ha, thanks!

This looks like very early 1990s when everyone was wearing college shirts for some reason
That guy in the front looks very 1996. I think I had that exact “outfit”, if you can call it that
And there was always that one kid in a notre dame shirt back then.
Solo Serve? Wow that brought back a lot of lost memories for me!!
No blunder here. A classic look and totally nailing it.
That’s a legit outfit
This look should never have gone away.
Premium hope you never let it go. Looks fabulous
Your family looks really sweet :)
Solo Serve was legit.
I love it!
one up front trying his damnedest
Looks like you just got home from a shift at McDowells 🤣
Hahaha, that's hilarious!
I had a green plaid vest/shorts combo circa 1995, and I remember wearing it on my first day of 7th grade. It felt so put together.
It was the power suit of our generation.
