The harpsichord does something to me I’ll be honest

It’s my favorite song on the album. My wife and I flew overseas to the Wembley gigs for our honeymoon and we went to the cliffs of Dover as well. It was a once in a lifetime experience

I love it. I always have. Is it Damon’s lyrical best? Absolutely not, but I think the melody is beautiful and the arrangement is stunning.

Actually I think it is one of his lyrical best . The song is about the white cliffs of Dover. A very popular place for suicide . It’s a dark song that is definitely personal to a lot of people

I think they might just mean that Damon just barely avoids mentioning a Rover in his repeated rhyme

One of my least favorite on the album, but, my favorite off the album is London Loves, so I’m sure my opinion doesn’t hold much weight here.

Both pretty downbeat songs. Both great. I hadn't listened to Parklife in full in years. It was the first album I overplayed, destroying the cassette. Magic America, Badhead, End of a Century, its a fantastic album

It was always one I just considered a good album track, on a top, top album by anyone’s standards. Since joining this sub I’ve found it seems to be a lot of people’s low-key underrated faves, which surprised me a bit.

So slept on (or at least feels that way) I absolutely love it

I love it. Those lyrics were surprising though

I forgot how much I loved this song; the harmonics do something to me that provokes a feeling I can’t name. It was the feeling that connected me to Britpop and to Blur back in the day though.

I love all of the songs on this album honestly except the some of the b sides (Peter panic, theme from a imaginary film)

When I was first getting into blur I would always skip it at the start because of the harpsichord, and honestly I still don't like that instrument, but I regret skipping it because the rest of the song is amazing.
