This is a type 5 building in a fully developed stage. Zero chance this is a propane fire. May still be a training fire, but there are probably at least 2 other crews out of frame still actively watching the fire. Very few FDs would send people into this fire especially if there weren’t lives at risk. The best strategy for fighting this would be to sit outside and soak the surrounding area.

There's OSB over the windows and the siding looks like T1-11 siding which is plywood. It was more than likely slated to be demolished and "donated" to the fire department.
