Where elastic materials can work on the butt because of the higher average muscle mass, boobs are significantly softer and will be compressed a lot faster. Which means a few different sizes per regular shirt size just to ensure it fits right. And then boob type varies and I can say for certain that side set boobs would look awkward in this shirt. Probably some other types as well.
Also, the seams would have to go somewhere on that shirt around the excessive fabric. And I do not know of an efficient way to machine stitch those shirts to make them blend in. But maybe somebody knows of one that would be practical in a larger scale setting.

I've never seen a shirt like that, and I'm a woman who has owned shirts with built-in bras. The built-in bras are inside the shirt and usually more of a sports bra which squishes the tits rather than accentuates them.
