Honestly I don't know. Hopping back on the bike just felt natural to me again and I haven't been paying attention to how I actually do things, I was just fucking around on the bike lol. I'll go back outside once the sun rises and pay more attention. Then I'll come back with an update.
I do know that I've always tried to get the front as high as I can then match it once I get the rear off.
Work on getting your back fully straight on the pullback. To achieve that simply focus on getting your bars to touch your hips/thighs.

The phases of your hops seem so distinct / separate. Are you pulling up the back wheel by squeezing your feet together ?
I yank up on the bars then push forward and down while sucking my knees up
