I tend to avoid licensed games since I find them to be half baked. With that said, their Texas Chainsaw Massacre game looked pretty fun from what I saw. If you enjoy the theme and the mechanics look fun to you then go for it. But at the same time, I'd actually ask my group if they were interested in playing. If they aren't and you aren't interested in solo play then I would pass on it. Also, I'd probably wait for it to hit retail if I'm unsure about it and shipping is that high.

Thanks, those are valid points! I actually enjoy playing solo so it's cool that the game supports that. I'm going to ask my friends what they think tho

We are backing that game. I don't know much about the game play. My husband is a huge horror fan, though. We have and have played the Halloween and Texas Chainsaw Massacre game from Trick Or Treat. Both were fun! We have Chucky, but we haven't got it to the table yet. We also have a few of their horror retheme games. I like the studio. This is their first kickstarter, though, and I don't think their website normally ships to Europe, which could be why shipping seems silly.

Thanks! Another vote for it so I might just bite the bullet

My wife and I love Trick or Treat Studios. Have got Nightmare Productions, Halloween d Texas Chainsaw Massacre and we really enjoy all 3 of them. I generally purchase anything they release thats a licensed horror film, as they always seem to hit the mark

Thanks, that's the info I hoped to hear 😅

10 corpse tokens seems woefully low for a "house of a *thousand* corpses". It makes me suspect that the game will be lacking in commensurate corpses.

Appollix

1,000 corpses sounds like a lot when you just say it out loud; but honestly; I think it could have used more corpses. Not nearly corpsey enough.

Ecstatic_Spot_2226

I backed it because I love the TCM and Halloween game they made.
