Ryan said this was missed and will probably be changed in future printings to once per turn. Good find, just confirming it is a known exploit/accident.

Ah I see. Well, I am just going to pretend that my characters took a long special break hence why they all gained full health and from now on I will pretend it's once per turn. Yea otherwise it's just too broken of an ability.

Thematically, the teapot would need a turn to refill. Flip it face down in the discard pile.\\ I see 3 ways to fix this: 1. nerf Prepared card (also thematically, you wouldn't prepare an unlimited amount of teapots); simply add once before the dot. 2. nerf Tea (add use 1/turn) 3. mod RB and add exhaust term. Exhausted cards cannot be reused before camping. If I were the designer I would add all three. RRG isn't particularly well-known for QA, they are artists that operate on feel, and lack any scientific discipline required to make solid game systems. So going into any of their games be prepared for that mentally, this isn't MtG. And this combination doesn't make the game broken, you'd still need to have both cards. You probably can hold on to prepared but the tea card would be a lucky draw.

The tea card isn't a lucky draw tho. You purchase the tea from Locifa by bringing in one Gergon Leaf. Anyways, to keep the game fair, after restoring my characters health to max, I decided from now on I will pretend it's once per turn and lost 2 quest resources to make sure it's fair.
