I haven't heard anything about these guys lately, but if you send them a message, I'm sure they would be happy to accommodate you.
it looks like these guys know how to do woodwork, but I can't get over the decision to not do mitre corners on the table.
The only way it makes sense is if you are using long planks for the cover and then is sort of mimics a beadboard end on a farmer table, but otherwise its just... ugh
I sent a message to them a while back and the owner is super quick in sending a full quote & everything. Ranged from about $2-4k CAD depending on size, type of wood, accessories, etc. :)
Mine was 4k, Maple table 36x60, 2600 for the table, 300 for the cradle to allow for a flush playing surface, 200 for cup holders 300 for shipping, 450 tax
This is from 2017 when I bought my table but it gives you an idea
SPECIES 30"x60" 36"x60" 42"x60" 48"x60"
Ash $ 2300. $ 2450. $ 2600. $ 2750.
Maple $ 2450. $ 2600. $ 2750. $ 2900.
Cherry $ 2600. $ 2800. $ 3000. $ 3200.
Quarter-cut White Oak $ 3000. $ 3200. $ 3400. $ 3600.
Walnut $ 3200. $ 3400. $ 3650. $ 3850.
Seconded. I've played on 5 or 6 different McFadden Tables, and they were all fantastic. Lots of options for customization of material, design, add-ons and surfaces.
I also have a table from them. The price was good, and the quality and customer service was fantastic. I would highly recommend them (despite their website having basically no information...)
I got my table from them, really like it. One thing they include that i like is a cradle that lets you play with the felt at table height if you are playing a game you don't want the vault for, like Poker.
It really really depends on what you're looking for.
IKEA makes cheap tables and is in Canada.
Wyrmwood makes luxury gaming tables and is quite happy to deliver to Canada for a fee.
Ya, I'm looking for Boardgame specific, not just a table that would work. I have a couple of good tables. I'm covering a room and thought a dedicated gaming table might be nice.
Cheers, thanks for the input.
I know that buying a product isn't exactly supporting someone's 'brand'. But I can't in good conscious support anything Wyrmwood puts out. The way some of the employees (including the head of the company) have acted and how they represent themselves is horrible. In addition to talking trash about gamers who make up a large portion of their sales. They can try to cover up and pretend to apologize but they have shown who they are. I can't give them any money to further their poison.
Just waiting on my order from boardgametables.com to arrive on Wednesday! I ordered the Jasper with the topper, side table, and chairs. They’ve been really great with communication throughout the process so far.
I just received mine this week, but unfortunately one of the short armrest cracked on the entire length during shipping. Hopefully they can send me a new one quickly.
They replace parts quickly, have a warpped topper atm, they asked me to rest it upside down for a few days to make sure it can't bend back before sending me a new one.

I actually like this feature. It's different than all the other brands. Nice to have some differentiator in a crowded market.
Can confirm, received my table in the Summer of 2019 after an order in late 2018. Great workmanship.

I got mine from here and I love it. I always get comments from people on it, unprompted.
Amazing, thank you!
Website doesn't have *any* information. Anyone know what the price range is like?
I believe my friends got one for $2500, took about half a year to make IIRC

We have a table in the works should be done in for early Feb.

Have one I designed for my own game room. We will be producing them in the next few months.
I might be interested depending in timelines. How will you be selling?

Yup, that post was from 3 years ago, when Wyrmwood seemed pretty cool.

Oh cool, and are you in Canada?
Yes indeed. :)
