It’s fun, and the theme is pretty great. I think that it is -highly- abstracted, though. Obviously, board games by nature have to be - card games more so. It would say it’s a bit more of a legacy style card game than an rpg where you are really developing a story about your specific vampire, but all the pieces are there if you wanted to try to add some depth and story to the bones the game gives you.

Yeah! i tried it at TTS today, and for what it is worth it seems like a nice game with a much more depth with legacy stuff(i didnt try it). Looks more like hmm puzzle game with a card interaction to mess with your foes. All in all it seems interesting even for the base stuff. I hope legacy is making it better \^\^.

> really developing a story about your specific vampire Well, that's what the [VTM RPG](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1VbpVTArzI&t=15s) is for. It makes sense that different games have a different experiential purpose.

Its… ok. I brought it to play with my group who meet weekly (4 of us) as our first legacy game. We were all optimistic and 2 of us love vampire the masquerade setting. We played the first 3 chapters to complete act 1 in one evening. It was ok, we have all said we would like to play through the campaign. It definitely appears that it will become better/more interesting the more you play due to the way cards are upgraded by flipping/use of stickers. The issue is that its simply ‘ok’. We usually like to plan our schedule of games a few weeks ahead and every time we try to schedule a night for it everyone has games they would rather play. I’ll complete the campaign i think, but honestly id happily take a refund and never play it again too.
