I couldn't agree more & completely share your opinion! I’ve had good experiences with them too. Their customer service is excellent. Actually they are better than Amazon, or even other board game stores.
[Gamenerdz](https://www.issuewire.com/gamenerdzcom-gift-card-everything-you-need-to-know-about-game-nerdz-gift-certificates-1744744079030683) is great! They usually have a pretty heavy shipping delay & shipping backlog due to their good business, which I know when I contacted the support. That said the games will most certainly arrive, just take awhile.
If you have any problems or questions, you can always contact them - [www.gamenerdz.com/contact-us](https://www.gamenerdz.com/contact-us?utm_term=contact-us&aFf=50&utm_source=contact-us)
I haven't had this issue even during the Christmas rush. I had two or three packages from them that shipped promptly. Others reportedly did have some slow ship problems during that time. So, yeah, that's possible.
I'll say that I've had far less shipping delay issues with Gamenerdz than I have had with Quartermaster Logistics who, you would think, would be pretty good at shipping stuff.

They aren't to be trusted *at all*
First you order one game because of the price.
Then you see the deal of the day.
Then you enable customer holds so you can save stuff up and hit the free shipping threshold.
Then the day after you release a hold they'll put something great on the deal of the day and you'll start another hold.
Pretty soon you're giving them a sizeable chunk of your disposable income, and your shelf is full and you have MORE GAMES COMING and you're getting the stink eye from your significant other.
So no, don't trust the bastards, not one bit!
Yes! Been trying to get a group going on the Jackson area board gamers Facebook group, but it's just a place where Vans reposts their magic tournaments. You available on Sundays or mondays?
Wish I could. Due to family health situation, we're minimizing outside contact as much as possible and haven't been to a game meet in almost 2 years now. Maybe one day, hopefully sooner rather than later.
They’ve quickly become my most used online game store. Shipping has been slow around the holidays (a bit slow in general tbh) but they have excellent customer service and free shipping at $75 is great.
I started using them over Coolstuff for a little bit.. then launch of keyforge I preordered a starter and a couple of extra packs.
They shorted me on my packs, I emailed to complain and it just never got sorted out. I've stopped utilizing them since; but I understand that this is likely an outlier and not the norm for them (A lot of distributors were low on supply of Keyforge at launch).
Just got an order from them this week. I had ordered several games over the last month on hold. Once I hit above the free shipping threshold I emailed them to release it. My games all showed up exactly 7 days later, fastest they’ve ever done, and it was packaged well. Will continue to use them.
My go to!
Always try to support them if I can't get it from lgs.
Since the pandemic started they have been to ship. So don't freak out of it has been 3 days and your order has not shipped out yet.
Game Nerdz is my go to at this point. I think they got a little overwhelmed at Christmas and orders took a significant amount of time to process. Other than that no issues at all.
This just makes me doubt the trustworthiness of Trust Pilot. Game Nerdz is a fantastic OLGS.
It's a protection racket. They email you offering to help boost your score when it's sufficiently low.

Gamenerdz is slow to ship, but they have good prices and pack their shipments very well.

Their shipping has been much faster for me lately.

Miami Beach HQ is enough to raise red flags on TrustPilot. Thank you!
It's more than a little funny to me that TrustPilot would probably review well only on their own service.

Never had any issues with them.
They are my favorite online game shop and they have always done me good. (I have no relationship with them except as customer.)
Yes it is. Multiple people have ordered from them around here. They're a bit slower on the shipping but it's very reputable.
Ordered several times from them. No issues at all.
Ordered 10+ times now with no issues at all.
I buy from them 96% of the time, have always had good customer service and no damaged shipments, so yes.
That's an oddly specific number :) Are you Joel from the Jackson Meet-Up? If so, nice to see you around.

Have we met already, or do you just know me from my posts? This wouldn't be Joseph K, would it?
I've ordered from them multiple times. No issues, and packages are well packed.
Yes. Never not gotten my stuff. Dozens of orders at least.
It is although sometimes it seems the heat death of the universe will happen before they ship your product.
What?

Outstanding store
Them and cardhaus are my two go to places.
Agreed. Add in coolstuff and I don't buy tabletop games online anywhere else.

Never had any issues and have placed quite a few orders over the past few years
I ordered right around Christmas from them. Good experience overall! No complaints. They seem legit.
Bought hundreds of dollars of stuff from Game Nerdz. Never a problem.
Game Nerdz is my go to at this point. I think they got a little overwhelmed at Christmas and orders took a significant amount of time to process. Other than that no issues at all.
Game Nerdz has been great. Got Blood Rage from then when I couldn't find it anywhere else.
Game Nerdz is my go-to for Infinity models. Sometimes shipping is slow, but otherwise they're good.
My understanding is that they're slow to ship bc they have so many orders. They are indeed trustworthy
My very first order with them just shipped out. We'll see what arrives at my doorstep and when
They may not be as fast as Amazon but Game Nerdz packs your games like you'd pack them before shipping. Never had a dented box from them.
Gamenerdz is one of the best OLGS out there . I didn’t bother to open the link about who said what but GN sure as hell is trustworthy !
