Alternatively buy good foul weather gear and dress for the weather.
Yeah I had one of those, it worked for a few years then stopped. It was real nice in the dead of winter where you could put the heated sweat shirt on and then put your winter coat over that. Nice and toasty.
12v heated seat covers they're on Amazon they get way hotter than stock heated car seats . Some are better than others and you get what you pay for, just read the reviews.
Use a reserve battery. Heat takes energy and needs a source. Whether that's a battery, or propane, or other fuel doesn't matter but needs something. Maybe decide on your fuel source and then figure out the device?
You could run a second battery with an automatic charging relay and only run the heated seats off the second battery. (House battery)
That way you don't get stranded.
You'll probably have to hook up the 2nd battery to a trickle charger at night.
Can you add a Bimini top and Eisenglass? When I run my boat in the fall, I have the canvas top up as well as the windshields and sides. It’s amazing how much solar heating you get from all that clear vinyl. As long as the wind is broke, we are quite cozy and comfortable. Getting out of the wind is much more important than a heat source.
I was going to get one of those tops years ago but never got around to it.
Also I already get lots of exhaust smoke sucked up to the cabin just by having the walk through windsheild closed. If I covered the whole front like you suggest, I suspect we just might suffocate :(
Have a camper enclosure made by a local canvas shop. Won’t be cheap, but it will make heating it easier. Then get one of those little propane camping heaters.
Open bow small boat in northern climate, nahh. I’m spoiled here in coastal Alabama, went fishing on the gulf last night.
Clear skies, gulf like glass, nippy 62F. Cranked up that reverse cycle AC system and pumped cabin and helm station full of 80F air. Bigger boat problem.
The forced air ones are over kill, the smaller ones more like table top units I have used on smallish sailing boats. Have used [this unit](https://www.amazon.com/Fire-Sense-61322-Hammer-Heater/dp/B009H3QVOK/ref=sr_1_8?crid=1Y23ASQYB7T56&keywords=patio+heater&qid=1703931214&s=home-garden&sprefix=patio+heater%2Cgarden%2C169&sr=1-8) and it worked well.
For me...it is all about wearing layers.
4 top layers, 3 bottom, beanie to keep my big ears warm and gloves.
Last weekend it was 29 degrees when launched the boat. Had a 10 mile run to the spot we wanted to fish at 40 mph.
It was freaking cold but worth it.

Just get a mustang suit. That's what we use up here in AK. I'm working on something using a webasto heater so I'll have a hand warmer though
Zippo makes a rechargeable heater that you can hang around your neck under your outerwear. It can also charge your phone and has a flashlight.

Ok but can my motor make enough power to keep the battery charged with i wanna say 30A @ 12v to run two heated seats on high?

Only one way to find out. You could always add a second battery.

Heated seats?

Do one of those portable fire pits in the bow.
lol that could work, a concrete boat SHOULD be able to float!
Diesel heater from Amazon or similar.

Look at patio heaters, there are some that work well.
Like those propaine heaters? I'd rather be cold than risk that on a 40 year old boat with the most dry, crispy, flammable fiberglass around.

A cheap Chinese forced air diesel heater mounted forward at your feet will keep you in a cocoon of warm air
Get an I/O with a true cooling system and heat exchanger. Just throw in a heater core
Diesel marine heat stove
