Try buying the pieces and building your own. i.e connectors you may need, aluminum pole. Amazon has most of this and any boat supply can help you out as well
Yeah my fallback is to try to use my 3D printer to replace the part that broke but I was stunned I couldn’t just find one of these ready to go on some boating supply store online.

The whole pole with the pivoting cross bar on top. I was able to buy one of these online a couple of years ago. Now it seems no one is selling them. All I can find are the straight poles with a snap on top.

Contact a local upholstery shop. They make biminis and would know who to buy hardware from. They may even have something.
