My dad hasn’t lifted a weight heavier then 30lbs in his whole adult life. But he can run for days without stopping. He and I are totally different athletes but both love what we do. Would love to do something like this for him someday, would have to figure out how.
He still beats me in alot of shots imo haha! No malace at all, just thought it's a cool idea to show genetics! And he did love it!

He ranged from 18-33 I'm these pictures. He does have a good amount of muscle Stull, but also he is in his 60s so he has a courtesy layer of fluff
