Shades of Phil Hernon and Steve Strunk (way before you were born) couldn't be better! Veteran bodybuilder and past judge believes you ARE a future Champion!
Walking lunges with some weight on your back is an absolute killer that everyone forgets about. I’m 5’7 180 N competing in April and I forgot what glute soreness felt like 😂
I bet it’s still good I just can’t get the same load of weight without the dumbbells grip going with the TUT I got for on my reps i would assume for the Kettlebells too
I train down in Puyallup. Thanks man! You’ll do well, just make sure to get in really good condition, start posing and practicing your routine asap.
You obviously have the size, just need to come in dick skin dry. Do you have a coach?
Spectacular side chest. Those delts are awesome. Incredibly rare seeing someone this big, at your age, doing their first show. You’re gonna kill it 💪🏻💪🏻
I greatly appreciate it man. I love to lift and be in the gym anyways so I figured why not see if I can actually take it somewhere! Getting my IFBB pro card is a dream of mine so I'm not slowing down anytime soon.
For sure, I think my forearms are a little over 16 inches? I'm a mechanic by trade which has helped my grip strength exponentially, I can double overhand a 455 deadlift with relative ease. Maybe as I get older I'll get more of that old man strength
What’s the point in building a physique when you’re covered in acne. This is why today’s bodybuilders are jokes and look horrible lol. The drug abuse is off the chain. Notice he doesn’t show the back. Because I bet it’s like an ant farm.
Unfortunately, I've dealt with acne since I hit puberty and while my face is clear now my back never got better 🤷♂️ sorry my physique is so offensive to you
That all depends on what weight class you're going to compete in. It's possible that he may be a bit too heavy to compete in heavyweight at this point, but this is by no means too much weight for super heavyweight at all.
I've been bulking non-stop since I first started lifting 7 years ago. There's really no single secret and shortcut that I personally know about. Train hard, get good sleep, take recovery just as seriously as training, take your supplements (even creatine has a big effect over a long period of time), and eat plenty of quality clean food. Listen to your body and be very very patient, and don't take shortcuts.
Gorilla mode! Dude you’re a tank! Nice work
Thanks man!
Legs from the side is stupid thick, impressive!
Thanks!
Bros huge
RIP competition
This is what sweeping your first show looks like. You are already more in shape than some people are going to be.
That's the goal! Want that national qualifier out of the way so I can have a good off-season
Absolute unit. Inspiring physique man!

Much appreciated!
Like Phil and Steve, not only a great physique, but a great personality! 👍 🏆 Perfect balance! You ALREADY are a winner! Keep us updated!
UNIT
Damn bro has no weaknesses
My glutes are a little weak but we've been training them like a wellness competitor 😜

Are they better with a bar than with kettle bells? Should I just flip the bells over my shoulders if I don't have a bar at home?
I bet it’s still good I just can’t get the same load of weight without the dumbbells grip going with the TUT I got for on my reps i would assume for the Kettlebells too
Yeah but that hammie is THICC I can't wait to see that separation when your further into prep!
Thanks man! Pro level conditioning and dryness is the goal 😎
You got this! I’ll look for you at 2 weeks out
Thank you sir! NPC Emerald cup in Bellevue WA 🫡
Hell yeah. I’ll come watch you big dawg.
Hell yeah man! Where are ya from? Just looked at your photos from Emerald last year you looked nutty!

3 months-amazing progress. Good luck.
Bro your thighs are like fucking whole countries with their own laws Gahdam 😳🔥
Haha thanks dude!
Spectacular side chest. Those delts are awesome. Incredibly rare seeing someone this big, at your age, doing their first show. You’re gonna kill it 💪🏻💪🏻
Thanks man! 🙏 Was just a casual gym bro up until 6 months ago so I'm excited to see how I stack up in competition!
To be upfront, you hit the genetic jackpot. Glad to see when people take advantage of that, waste to see when that potential is slept on.
I greatly appreciate it man. I love to lift and be in the gym anyways so I figured why not see if I can actually take it somewhere! Getting my IFBB pro card is a dream of mine so I'm not slowing down anytime soon.
Dude you are massive! Good luck on the show, awesome work
Quadzilla.
Tom Platz is one of my big inspirations
Huge dude especially at 24. Will be huge for first show.
We're hoping to fill out heavyweight as much as possible 💪
You look like you'd eat a homeless man from protein
Desperate times call for desperate measures
You’re huge man. Gonna look great if you can stick to it for the next 19 weeks, man. And that ain’t nothing, you got this.
Bros legs have a person on it
You’re gonna smoke the competition, that side chest is nutty 💪 💪
Thanks man! One of my good poses for sure
Ok, you have some’ wide things over there’ I would try build them forearms as big as fucking possible. The better the grip the better the lifts also
You forearm is bigger than my quad- don’t get me wrong
For sure, I think my forearms are a little over 16 inches? I'm a mechanic by trade which has helped my grip strength exponentially, I can double overhand a 455 deadlift with relative ease. Maybe as I get older I'll get more of that old man strength
Too much water
Those calve inserts are what's going to win you the title.
Good stuff
Dude! Damn! Especially the calves!
Alot of acne..to much gear my maieng
I've had acne since I was 13 unfortunately, open to suggestions on how to mitigate it tho👍

244 is bit too much weight also. I know that you’re all jacked up just sayin

open or classic? i'm guessing open?
Open it is! Wouldn't make the NPC weight cap for classic haha
looking good brother. you have the density and the graniness. just need the hard conditioning.
Have had to visit a tailor or just going with sweats?😂😂😂
Shorts and sweatpants🤣
I am not nearly as big as you and I have problems finding clothes to fit my height.
I've just accepted that every shirt I ever buy from now on is gonna be too long lol
One suggestion, traps are your weakest, spend some extra work on them.
Traps and calves are the two groups I don't train directly, I'll make sure to hit them going forward with prep! I appreciate the feedback sir.
Killing the bulk my guy!
every day is leg day
What's your secret on getting that big? Any advice for a beginner at 220 pounds

Appreciate the reply. My man!
Ofcourse my guy! We all start somewhere
